Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SafeTracker application and website (the "Service"), operated by Phoenix Secure. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SafeTracker lets authorized users view the location, status, trips and reports of GPS-equipped vehicles associated with their account. The Service works together with GPS hardware supplied and installed by your service provider or dealer.

2. Accounts

Accounts are issued by your GPS service provider/dealer. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for vehicles you own or are authorized to track.
You can request account deletion at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to track any person or vehicle without lawful authority or consent.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to vehicle tracking in your jurisdiction.

4. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Location data depends on GPS hardware, network coverage and third-party services, and may be delayed or unavailable.

5. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers including Google Maps and Firebase Cloud Messaging. Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable third-party terms.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phoenix Secure is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on location data or Service availability.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
